Wedding Florals in Texas — Garden Style
Pastel Garden Florals Beneath a Historic Oak
An outdoor ceremony beneath a mature oak tree established the spatial framework for this wedding. Florals were designed to integrate with the existing landscape rather than compete with it, using farm-grown varieties to introduce softness, variation, and depth.
The palette remained open and seasonal, drawing from pastel tones associated with spring. Dusty blue, light yellow, peach, pink, and lavender appeared across the work without a single color dominating. Texture carried the composition. Mini gladiolus were repeated throughout the designs, contributing vertical rhythm and density through their clustered florets. Their scale and repetition added structure at a distance while revealing detail up close.
Florals resolved as part of the environment, allowing the landscape, materials, and arrangements to share visual weight.
